Walk the boundary on the map and close the shape. You get square feet and the distance around the edge from the same polygon — which of those two numbers you bill from depends on your trade.

Price it from your own catalog

Services carry tiered rates, minimum charges and modifiers — stories, surface type, buildup, access. The quantity you just measured meets the rate card and the line items write themselves.

Schedule it, do it, prove it

Recurring work generates its own visits. Photos attach to the job, not to a camera roll. The estimate becomes an invoice becomes a receipt, and the customer gets a link.

The shape you walk is the shape you bill from

Draw a boundary once and Spatchr keeps both the enclosed area and the distance around its edge. A lawn crew bills the square footage inside. A gutter crew bills the feet around the outside. Same walk, same polygon, different number on the invoice.
